Injustice

What do you do when face injustice in your career?

Really what shall we do, if you have a biased boss who tend to be manipulator and just turn every single situation into her/his advantage .... what shall we do....appeal and appeal and if we are lucky enough somebody will look into our appeal with an open eye and just be honest and provide the time and justice, but if this higher person is a friend with your boss and is easily influenced by them then you loss your appeal... then what shall we do next.... stop and go back or fight for your rights????????

Appearance

Appearance Appearance Appearance Appearance?

Why people judge us because of how we look, the idea is that if you take care of yourself, then you are silly and have no brain, although sometimes people who look good tend to be more professional and more reliable than those who does not take care of themselves. The problem is that those people who does not care much for their appearance, tend to send false ideas about people who does their work professionally and at the same time look good. I am sure that many people will agree with me especially if they face the same problem.
